Just a quick note, I am in the process of setting up my blog with WordPress. A blogger, Brett Riggs, from Linky blog put up on his website, and on the daily emails I get, from when I subscribing to both his newsletter and daily blog tips, was offering to completely set up a brand new blog, free of charge on WordPress.
I already greatly admire Mr Ross, I have emailed him in the past, asking for his honest opinion regarding my own blog, which he did, and then offered me some very good suggestions, as to changes he thought I should make, and explaining why. He didn't have to help me, but he did, so when I saw the invitation to have him completely set up a new blog for me, with all the plug-ins, security, where to go to get a domain name, and everything else that he would use if he were creating a new blog for himself.
Mr Riggs, helped me every step of the way. Especially when I would get stuck, and then I would just forward where I was, and he would email me back on what I needed to do next.
Now my blog is set up, except for some minor tinkering on my part, and then importing my old blog over to the new one. So it might be a little while before my next post, as I familiarize myself with my new website.
The name will remain the same, LovingandlosingJennifer. But now it will be a website, with the www.LovingandlosingJennifer.com. So there will be much more to the blog, but right now, I am just beginning to learn how it all works, with all the different plug ins, such as subscribing by email, and a page, or pages, and all kinds of other things that Brett built into my blog.
I am very excited about this change. Hopefully it will allow me to reach more people, and o parents going through the same thing that my husband and I are going through.
Each day since we lost our daughter Jennifer, has been a new experience, a new challenge, and some days, the challenges seem to be so overwhelming.
So please bear with me, as I get this new website up and running. Then I hope to get back to writing more often. And, as I go forward, again all I do is for my beloved Jennifer.
